Dulce Delicia Bakery started making custom cakes for a period of time, but since covid, we shifted our business model towards a more variety of products bakery. The initial concept was 60% CAKERY and the rest sweet, but bread was always the priority.
Writing on cakes is an art and it requires skill, sometimes we do have someone that can do the writing, but the recomendation is to ask.
Our recipe is and always will be the same. Changing the recipe will change the flavour of our product. We might consider bringing some 3rd party products.
Conchas are a staple in Mexican panaderías (bakeries) and are enjoyed for breakfast, snacks, or with beverages. Our bread recipes are strictly Puerto Rican.

We do not currently use any online ordering system. Orders are preferred in person, but we can take phone orders as well. You can order simple cakes and other bakery products.
